ELI Pillars

The Practice of Embodied Enoughness

Life is a process to be experienced, not a series of problems to be solved. Unfortunately, we live in a problem-oriented culture that is SIC, due to the way it worships Scarcity, Individualism, and Control. ELI’s 4 pillars counter the practices we learned to embody growing up in a SIC problem-oriented culture. As we practice the four pillars we build Embodied Enoughness into our neural pathways, personal relationships, communities, organizations, and culture writ large.
